Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

    My Favorite Travel Cup

    I have been searching for a glass or a ceramic line alternative to the stainless steel ones. This is absolutely perfect. It has a really nice tight seal and it’s pretty too. Love these so much I got two!

    Amazing Customer Service.

    My tumbler broke after a month when I dropped a piece of ice into it. I was disappointed and almost threw it out and took the L. I decided to email customer support and I’m amazed at how great they were. Within 24 hours I made a claim, it was approved, and I had store credit to purchase a new one. I did decide to go back to the other plastic tumbler because those have lasted me years. I just like to have different sizes for different uses. Anyway all that to say thank you Simple Modern.
